Kasabian es un grupo británico de Leicester. Sus integrantes se conocieron cuando iban a la prepa Leysland y a la Universidad de la Comunidad de Countesthorpe. El nombre lo sacaron de Linda Kasabian, miembro del culto de Charles Manson. Kasabian han sido comparado con Primal Scream, con quienes comparten la fusión de electrónica-rock, y con Oasis, por su estilo vocal desenfadado.
