En la ciudad de Los Mochis, Sinaloa, en el noroeste de México, existe una estación de radio alterna que inicia transmisiones a las 8:15 de la noche.
Se hace llamar Galaxy, su frecuencia es el 94.3 de fm.

Regularmente los martes la programación es acústica, los miércoles es música de catálogo, pero los viernes es la noche con la programación más reciente en nuestros archivos; el día sábado continúa el estilo Friday Night.

El playlist que sonará este día es el número 62. El playlist número uno sonó en octubre de 2003.

Hace tres años Zael comenzó con este proyecto... 66 listas de música con cientos de mp3, más de 8 mil canciones han sido parte de Galaxy fm desde el inicio... todos los editores, programadores, músicos, investigadores, ejecutivos, técnicos y especialistas que integran el equipo de Galaxy fm estamos felices de pertenecer a este grupo, y muy orgullosos de vivir este tercer aniversario...

Mañana festejaremos oficialmente el Tercer Aniversario de Galaxy fm —los jueves nunca emitimos señal alguna... viernes desde las 8:15 de la noche, en el 94.3 de frecuencia modulada Los Mochis radio, con invitados en vivo y cantidad de sonidos nuevos en una edición muy especial de Friday Night...

Esta es la semana de aniversario

Se cumplirán tres años de transmisiones sin interrupción de Galaxy fm este 28 de septiembre... curiosamente será jueves, por costumbre el 94.3 fm en Los Mochis no envía señal en jueves... tambíén ese día es cumpleaños de Zael...

Saturna es una banda americana —parece que son de Portland, Oregon... nos contactaron vía e-mail... o tal vez nos encontraron en myspace, o directamente en este blog... La cosa es que han confiado en Galaxy fm para programar su música y resultaron ser bastante buenos... ya han preguntado si en Los Mochis existen olas para surfear... les hemos contestado que no las hay, pero la comida es increíble... quieren venir a tocar acá... tal vez les abran Los Nietos...

Este trio, una especie de potente y envolvente power pop, se compone de Ryan Carroll en la voz y guitarra, Eric Block también en la guitarra y Steve Anderson se encarga de la batería, el bajo y la voz de apoyo. Ryan es el que se ha mantenido en contacto con nosotros directamente... nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando nos reveló que su cumpleaños también es el 28 de septiembre, igual que Galaxy fm y Zael... Ryan también ha escrito de nosotros en su blog —aquí está en línk, y nos ha permitido compartir dos de sus mp3 en este espacio...
