When I heard the Skids version of "The Saints are coming" on the Hype Machine player I thought, "This could have been an early Clash or U2 record" and now coming to your site I see that U2 did do a version. The SKids could have been contenders if things had gone differently. I remember them from "Into the Valley" and "TV personalities" ("Albert Tatlock!" - LOL) way back in the day. Good memories.
